Once upon a time in the back woods of the Louisiana swamps, four compadres decided to drop tent, pick their hats up and head on down the road...to Murfreesboro...Tennessee, that is...where they came to find a strip club DJ working hard for his money in Nashville. After multiple hazings and a 15-page essay on The Dukes of Hazzard, and the line-up was solidified.

After putting on the red light and their coonskin thinking caps, the five sat down over pop tarts and venison and concluded that the grind/rock beast that they formed should be called The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza.

All cute southern/redneck quips aside, TTDTE is among the most brutal extreme metal forces in the music industry today. They have stepped their entourage up from being a heavy band, ravaging halls and basements across the south to becoming a national phenom. This last year has seen the Tap Dance Extravaganza using the entirety of the United States as target practice & cramming their tech-metal-mosh style down the throats of everyone.

Look for The Danza's to unleash a new full length of crushing hillbilly fury in 2007.
